Capex started operations in 2016 and as is now the norm with many brokers, has split up its operations to provide a more customer-centric product display for its FX and CFD brokerage services. Capex is one of the few brokers that has a valid license to offer crypto trading services, tailored towards its MENA market.
Capex is a multiple award-winning platform which has been recognized by several industry stakeholders for its work in the last decade. It was voted the Best Fintech Broker for 2022 by Wiki Finance Expo, and also the Best FX Trading Platform in 2021 at the Forex Expo Dubai, a top-notch industry event. These awards go to show that Capex has a FX/CFD brokerage product that is making waves.
Here are some of what Capex has to offer:
Two trading platforms are offered by Capex.
The Capex webtrader is a proprietary software from the Capex team with fully customizable features. Versions of this software are available for Windows and Mac users, and also as mobile apps. Capex Webtrader is also integrated with Trading Central and Tip Ranks, which provide actionable analysis for traders.
The MT5 provides advanced features that go beyond where the MT4 platform stops. Get access to more order types, Level II pricing, an economic calendar, and advanced drawing tools, all on your desktop, web browser or mobile phones.
Here are some tools available on some account types presented by Capex.
The account types on Capex will depend on the entity you are trading with.
On the international brand, account types on Capex include the following:
The Essential account comes with a $1000 minimum deposit requirement. This is a basic account type that does not provide the trader with some of the features of the other accounts. For instance, there is no access to Trading Central, and no SMS notifications from this 3rd-party entity. There is also no access to research tools or any special trading conditions.
The Original account starts from $5000 and has all the features of the Essential account, with the addition of access to special trading conditions, market research and meeting with the account officer three times a week.
If you are interested in the Signature account, you need to come up with $25,000 as minimum capital. You have access to all the perks of the Original account, and also get to meet one-on-one with your account representative every day of the week if you want to. You also get access to Trading Central's range of services.
If you are trading with the EU brand, there are some changes to the account types and these are described below:
The Basic account has a minimum deposit requirement of 100 euros. As indicated, it is a basic account that does not offer many perks to traders. Access to the Capex Webtrader is not available and such traders are limited to using the MT5. Also, Trading Central's range of products are not available for holders.
The Essential, Original and Signature accounts retain the same features as with the international brand.
The Classic and Premium accounts have minimum deposit requirements of 2,500 and 10,000 euros, respectively. While Classic account holders have access to an advanced charting system by Tradingview for mobile applications and the Capex
Webtrader's multi-charting system, they do not have access to Trading Central's WebTV and SMS alert products, and ForexLive's market commentary. The Premium account holders have access to those features and more.
